We find someone who has done it
We match against verified skills, background checks and who is actually available — usually inside 24 hours. You see who they are before any work starts.

Your money sits in escrow
Payment is held by Stripe before work begins and released one milestone at a time as each piece is finished — never as a lump sum up front.
Refunds
If it goes wrong, your money comes back.
You are hiring someone you have not met, on a platform you found in an ad. This is the part that should not require trust.

- If no milestone has been completed, the entire amount comes back to you — refunded to the card you paid with, not held as credit.
- Part-way through
- Completed milestones are paid and stay paid. Everything still sitting in escrow is returned, so you are never out of pocket for work that was not finished.
- You disagree with the work
- Raise a dispute rather than ending the project. It goes to moderation, and the full breakdown of what was decided and why is recorded for both sides.
